Liam Payne Talks About Being ‘Fearful’ Of Diddy In Distressing Resurfaced Video

Liam Payne once revealed that he felt “fearful” after a memorable encounter with P Diddy. During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Payne shared his experience of meeting the rapper along with other major Hollywood figures.

“I went over to speak to him and Jay-Z, and as I shook his hand, he just chuckled… the most evil laugh I’ve ever heard,” Payne recalled. “So, I’m a little bit fearful of that man.” The interaction took place while P Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, was standing with Jay-Z and Leonardo DiCaprio. Payne thought Diddy seemed like the most approachable of the stars but later admitted, “I’d missed the mark.” He described the incident as “the most daunting celebrity experience.”

Sadly, Liam Payne has since passed away at the age of 31 after falling from a balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He had been staying at the Hotel Casa Sur in Palermo with his girlfriend at the time of the tragic event.

An ambulance manager in the area spoke to TMZ, stating, “At 17:04, through the 911 integrated public safety system, we were alerted of a person in an internal courtyard of the management of the south house hotel. At 17:11, a team arrived and verified the death of this man, and later we found out that he was a singer in a musical group.” The manager added, “Unfortunately, he had injuries that were incompatible with life as a result of his fall, so we had to confirm his death. There was no possibility of resuscitation.”

Heartbroken fans gathered outside the hotel to pay their respects to the former One Direction member, with some seen kneeling while others lit candles in his honor.

Liam Payne rose to fame as part of One Direction, alongside Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan. The group became a global sensation after being formed on The X Factor, where they finished third under the mentorship of Simon Cowell. One Direction quickly became fan favorites, and their success continued to skyrocket even after the show.
