On January 22, 2016, opera duo David Miller and Sarah Joy Miller performed together in Žilina, Slovakia, in a special concert with the Slovak Sinfonietta under the baton of conductor Simon Chalk. During the program, they performed famous excerpts from Verdi’s opera “La Traviata”, including the famous duet “Libiamo ne’ lieti calici” (Brindisi).
Their performance was well received by the audience, with the part “Zugabe” (bis) being a hotly requested number. The combination of David’s powerful tenor voice and Sarah’s delicate soprano voice made for an emotional and memorable musical experience.
