Watch Meghan Markle Get Low While Nine Months Pregnant in This Adorable Home Video

Is this the best piece of content that Meghan Markle has ever posted? Entirely possible. In honor of daughter Lilibet’s fourth birthday, the Duchess of Sussex posted a few never-before-seen photos of the little girl to Instagram. She then followed those posts up with a home video from the day that Lilibet was born, and if you weren’t in love with Meghan and Prince Harry before, you will be now.
The clip shows an extremely pregnant Meghan standing in a hospital room, while someone off-screen presses play. When MemeGasm’s “Baby Mama”—with lyrics like “Been pregnant for way too long” and “Preggo but I’m still doin’ moves like Beyoncé”—starts to play, Meghan starts dancing. Occasionally, her husband, Harry, slides into the frame. Would it surprise you to learn that Meghan can drop it low even while nine months pregnant and that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, decidedly cannot? Yeah, me neither.
“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan wrote in her caption. “Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do! 😂” We love to see a down-to-earth Meghan Markle!

Alongside an earlier Instagram post, featuring two intimate black-and-white portraits of Meghan and her daughter, the duchess wrote, “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives – and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!” Meghan also posted two photos of Lilibet with Prince Harry, writing in the caption, “The sweetest bond to watch unfold 💕. Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer. Happy birthday Lili!”
Meghan Markle rarely posts pictures of her kids and she doesn’t tend to share videos that are this behind-the-scenes, though she and Prince Harry have slowly begun sharing more details of their everyday lives with the public. Is it wrong to say we hope she keeps it up? Because we do.
