often referred to as Swifites – has predominately supported the musician’s courtship with the Kansas City Chief’s tight end. Some have even gone the extra yard (albeit out of bounds) to tell Kelce’s ex-girlfriend that there’s a new queen in town, writing nasty comments on her social media.

journalist who dated Kelce on and off for five years, seemingly addressed the hate she’s been receiving in a video shared to Instagram.

She started by saying, “It’s also been really important for me to use my platform not to create division, but to elevate and unite women.

Black women, specifically. So I prepared a letter, and would like to share it with you today.

””Dear Black girl,” Nicole, 31, began. “They may call you a traitor for falling in love. You’ll hope the ones closest will protect you.

But you will quickly find out that people don’t protect what they don’t value.

They’ll say you’re too much. Too provocative. Too boisterous. Too outspoken.

And in the same breath, tell you, that you’re not enough. Not successful enough.

Not wholesome enough. Maybe not even intelligent enough.

They’ll say you deserve the backlash and embarrassment.

Because of your blackness, you should have known better.

They’ll even try to tie your value to your net worth,” she continued.

In Nicole’s prior Instagram post to the video, fans of Swift hurled insults, writing things like “Sorry, sis.

You can’t compete with a legend like T-Swift. You’ll be taking the L every time,” and “Taylor Swift would never post anything like this.

Why would any man wife this? Ok, nice to look at but you really want this as a wife?

Posting like this for all the world to see? I say no thanks.”

Kyla Nicole, a journalist who had an on-and-off relationship with Travis Kelce for five years, recently addressed the backlash she’s been facing in a heartfelt video shared on Instagram. In her message, she emphasized the importance of using her platform to uplift and unite women, particularly Black women.

Beginning with the words, “Dear Black girl,” Nicole, 31, delved into the challenges and judgments faced by Black women who dare to love and express themselves freely. She highlighted the double standards and prejudices that often permeate society’s perceptions of Black women, from being labeled as “too much” to facing unwarranted scrutiny and attempts to devalue their worth based on superficial measures like net worth.

In her prior Instagram post, Nicole faced a barrage of insults from fans of Taylor Swift, who belittled her and questioned her suitability as a partner for Kelce. Despite the negativity directed towards her, Nicole remained steadfast in her commitment to standing up for herself and other Black women, refusing to let detractors diminish her voice or worth.

Nicole’s poignant message sheds light on the complexities of navigating relationships and identity in a world rife with judgment and prejudice. Her courage to speak out against injustice and discrimination serves as a beacon of empowerment for Black women everywhere, reminding them of their inherent value and resilience in the face of adversity.
