On July 12, the pop diva rejoiced over the Chiefs quarterback’s revelation.

Celebrating the exciting news of Patrick and Brittany Mahomes is Taylor Swift!

In a sweet video posted on Instagram on Friday, July 12, 28-year-olds Patrick and Brittany revealed that they were expecting their third child together. Swift, 34, expressed her support for the family as the parents, who also have a 3-year-old daughter named Sterling Skye and an 18-month-old son named Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, were inundated with well-wishes.

Shortly after the couple revealed their wonderful news, the 14-time Grammy winner liked their joint Instagram post.

The couple also received celebratory comments from fans, friends and family. 

Patrick’s younger brother, Jackson, wrote, “Can’t wait to be an uncle to 3! .” His mom also added, “️️I love y’all so much!!️️.”

Meanwhile, the NFL and Patrick’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, shared in the excitement. 

“Congrats!!!!!️,” wrote the Chiefs. “Congrats! ️️️,” added the NFL.

Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt’s daughter, Gracie, commented: “Congratulations! 🥹🤍.”

“Awhhh congrats !!! 🥹,” wrote WNBA rookie Caitlin Clark.

A cute video of the couple and their two kids getting a picture taken in all-white attire, grinning, laughing, and dancing around with sonograms was part of the announcement.

With the caption “Round three, here we come 🤍,” the soon-to-be parents shared the Reel.

When Patrick was a sophomore and Brittany was a junior at Texas’ Whitehouse High School, they started dating as adolescents. In September 2020, Patrick proposed to Brittany, and they subsequently revealed they were expecting their first child, Sterling Skye, in the same month.

Then, on March 12, 2022, in a secret ceremony held in Maui, Hawaii, Patrick and Brittany finally exchanged vows following ten years of courtship.

Swift has gotten along with Patrick and Brittany ever since she and Patrick’s teammate Travis Kelce started dating. More recently, on Saturday, July 6, the pair went to Amsterdam to see Swift’s Eras Tour performance, all of them seated in a VIP suite.

In videos posted by supporters, the long-term pair looked smitten as they attended their first Eras Tour performance. Singing up to Swift’s romantic song “Lover” in the stands, Brittany and Patrick were seen linking arms in a video that attendees shared.
