Patrick Mahomes’ Childhood Home Is Up For Sale—And It’s Absolutely Charming

Patrick Mahomes’ Childhood Home Is Up For Sale—And It’s Absolutely Charming

This is a celebrity real estate listing for all of the Mahomies out there. No, Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany aren’t leaving their Belton, Missouri estate. Rather the Kansas City Chiefs star’s mom Randi Martin is selling the Tyler, Texas home in which he was raised.

Located at 3110 Oleander Drive, this was the place where Mahomes grew up—before he was a two-time Super Bowl MVP, before the mega-contracts and State Farm commercials, before any of it. Now, it’s on the market, giving someone the chance to own a little slice of East Texas sports history.

Listed by Tristan X. Mosher with Coldwell Banker APEX, the asking price for this cozy, 1475-square-foot property is $285k, which seems like a downright bargain compared to other famous homes.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice mix of privacy and community. And if you have your own budding football star, it’s in the Whitehouse school district, where Mahomes played high school football and baseball, catching the early attention of scouts. There’s something kind of wild about imagining a young Patrick tossing footballs around in the backyard—or maybe working on his no-look pass in the living room.

The home itself has been updated recently, especially the kitchen, which got a full refresh with new countertops, backsplash and shiny KitchenAid appliances. The lighting’s been modernized too, so if you’re into dinner parties or just cooking a proper breakfast on Sunday morning, it’s got you covered. The bathrooms have gotten some love too, with updated showers and fixtures.

It’s not a palatial mansion, but that’s part of the charm. This is where Mahomes got his start, in a regular home in a regular neighborhood in East Texas. And now it could be someone else’s storybook beginning—or just a good house with a really fun backstory.

Whether you’re a diehard Chiefs fan, a Texas local, or just someone looking for a solid place to live with a bit of built-in bragging rights, this one’s definitely worth a look. We’re only a tad disappointed we didn’t get to see the property furnished, the way it may have looked while the QB was growing up. Because, yeah, we’re nosey. But Martin has already moved into the much larger, new construction home her kids purchased for her in March 2025.
