Whether or not they will admit it, it’s clear that many in the WNBA are jealous of the attention that Caitlin Clark has received since entering the league.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft is not the best player in the league – yet, anyway – but she’s clearly the most popular among fans. Television ratings are up, teams are flying private and most – if not all – of this can be attributed to the impact that Clark has had on the league.
But some WNBA players are letting their jealously spill over onto the court, targeting Clark with hard fouls and dirty play.
