Julia Schlaepfer Posted the ‘1923’ Reunion We’ve All Needed
She finally got more time with Jacob and Cara—if only Spencer were there, too!
If you ask anyone immersed in the Yellowstone universe, chances are, they’ll tell you 1923 is the best series of the storyline, one fully deserving of all the awards. As obvious as it is to viewers, the folks over at Paramount+ still have to participate in FYC events, promotional panels and viewings during awards season, designed to garner attention for the project in question. And hey, we’re all for it because, this week, it means getting to witness a reunion we’ve all been aching for since the 1923 Season 2 finale.

On Sunday, May 4, Julia Schlaepfer (Alexandra Dutton) joined Harrison Ford (Jacob Dutton), Helen Mirren (Cara Dutton), and Aminah Nieves (Teonna Rainwater) at Paramount+’s 1923 FYC Event at Linwood Dunn Theater in Los Angeles, California.
“Together again ,” Julia captioned a carousel of photos from the event on Instagram, instantly earning fanfare in her comments section.

“Love seeing you in this shot [with] Aunt Cara. Y’all were supposed to become best friends on the ranch,” one fan exclaimed. “Nope..STILL devastated. Taylor did your character SO wrong,” a disgruntled viewer added. “Love it! Alex and Jacob scenes were great. Just not enough of them,” another fan commented. “Brightest star in the Sheridan universe. Julia Schlaepfer more than deserves to be considered,” someone else chimed in.
We wholeheartedly agree! From her performance at Ellis Island to her last moments in Montana, Julia captivated viewers as Alex. In the past, 1923 Season 1 was nominated for various Golden Globe Awards and Satellite Awards. Here’s hoping Season 2 gets even more praise on the awards stage.
