We know that Hogan tied the knot with Sky Daily in 2023, after his 2021 divorce from Jennifer McDaniel. Now, according to Florida’s spousal elective share law, surviving spouses have the right to an elective share of the deceased’s estate.

As per The Sun‘s report, this could mean that Daily could inherit about a third of Hogan’s $25 million estate. Regardless of what his will or trust may say, Daily is entitled to 30% of the estate, as per the law.

Estate expert and paralegal June Frederiksen stated that it is possible that Hogan and a “very in-depth estate planning,” adding, “You set up a trust to protect your assets, so you run everything through the trust.”

Talking about Daily’s entitlement in the fortune, Frederiksen stated, “Even if she was left out of the estate and he didn’t update the trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida.”

Daily recently posted a heartbreaking message for Hogan on her Instagram, stating, “I wasn’t ready for this…and my heart is in pieces.” She acknowledged his health issues but revealed that she had hoped he would overcome them all.

Coming back to the inheritance, Frederiksen stated that someone in Hogan’s trust will be named as the trustee, and will have to do whatever the trust says when it comes to the distribution of the late wrestler’s assets.

She went on to reveal that she took the difficult decision based on how they had dealt with her her entire life, before adding, “I have been extremely verbally and mentally abused since childhood. Sadly, it would frequentyl turn physical.”

As for the inheritance, The Sun’s report adds that if there were assets not included in Hogan’s trusts or if someone contests the will he has left behind, the estate court may be the only way to move forward. And if they do go to court, his assets become “susceptible to creditors.”

She also added that Brooke could contest the will, stating, “If Brooke is left out of the will, she can contest it,” which will push things into probate court.
