Travis Kelce’s Sister-In-Law Admits She’s Using Taylor Swift To Her Advantage

Although Travis Kelce’s family has expressed concern for his safety amid his high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift, there’s one person who’s enjoying the benefits of him dating a famous pop star – his sister-in-law.

Kylie Kelce, who’s married to Travis’ older brother Jason, recently joined the duo on their podcast New Heights where she expressed her approval of Taylor, albeit indirectly.

Travis’ Sister-In-Law Thinks Taylor Will Help Her Get A Cat

The top turned to the singer when Kylie teased her husband about the fact he won’t buy her a cat. “Here’s the deal, I told Jason that I wanted to get a cat and he told me no,” she explained.

She then turned to her brother-in-law, implying Travis should help convince Jason to let their family get a feline, given that his girlfriend Taylor Swift is a famous cat lover herself. The singer event brought her cat for her photoshoot.

“I feel like you might like cats now. I don’t want you to send a cat, I just want you to get on my team here,” Kylie told Travis.

Kylie didn’t elaborate on the other benefits that Taylor and Travis has brought their family, but the NFL star’s income has reportedly increased thanks to the attention around their romance.

For one, Travis’ popularity has skyrocketed, leading to more attention given to his Chiefs game. His jersey sales quickly increased once he went public with Swift. Travis has also gained a lot of new followers in recent months, which can lead to more and higher paid brand deals on socials.

Moreover, more attention has been given to his podcast (it’s even how he initially got Taylor’s attention after calling her out in an episode), which likely means an increased revenue for both him and Jason.

Travis’ Family Is Worried For His Safety As He Dates Taylor

While the Kelce family may be enjoying the advantages of having Taylor Swift on their side, Travis’ brother Jason hasn’t been afraid to admit he’s worried for his brother’s security.

“It’s certainly been weird, the level that it is now,” Jason, who’s also an NFL player, admitted in October. “On one hand, I’m happy for my brother that he seems to be in a relationship that he’s excited about, that he is genuine about. But there’s another end of it where it’s like, ‘Man, this is a lot.’”

While he says Travis is used to some fame thanks to his athletic career, he said the attention the family has received in the wake of the Taylor and Travis sage “is another level of stardom that typically football players don’t deal with.”

“So, on one hand, really, really happy for my brother and where he’s at in his current situation with Taylor,” Jason continued. “But on the other hand, there’s some alarms sometimes with how over-in-pursuit people can be.”

But amid reports that Taylor and Travis are contemplating an engagement, and his family’s clear approval of their romance, things look like they’re going strong between Hollywood’s hottest couple.
