Recently, Nicole spoke with People Magazine and she detailed how “life-changing and traumatic” was her break-up with Travis Kelce, as she revealed that lost several pounds and had to go to therapy.

I went through this major breakup, major life change, and I had lost a substantial amount of weight within a very short amount of time. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t eating. I was really abusing melatonin to sleep at night. It was like I was working out, I was in really great shape, but I felt like s**t and I was sad, and I was having a hard time getting out of bed. It got to the point where I was like, ‘Okay, what else can I possibly do?’ So, I started to go to therapy.

Nicole is trying to stay away from the spotlight as much as possible, as she wants ‘to move on’ from her past relationship, even though, she was receiving social media abuse from ‘Swifties’ when the news broke that Kelce and Swift were dating.

She states that even after unfollowing Pat and Brittany Mahomes on social media, she remains friends with them.
