Tom Brady reportedly ‘shocked’ by Gisele Bündchen pregnancy news
The former Patriots quarterback was reportedly told about his ex-wife’s pregnancy several months ago.

Tom Brady was reportedly “shocked” when he learned a few months ago that his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen is pregnant, Us Weekly reports.
An “insider close to Brady” told the publication in an exclusive that the former New England Patriots quarterback learned about the pregnancy “a few months ago” when Bündchen told the children they share, 14-year-old, Benjamin, and 11-year-old daughter, Vivian. Brady also has a 17-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan.

News that Bündchen, 44, is expecting her third child, her first with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, broke on Monday. Brady, 47, and Bündchen finalized their divorce in October 2022.

Bündchen began taking Jiu-Jitsu lessons with Valente in December 2021, and Glamour reported that the pair began dating in June 2023. In an interview with the New York Times earlier this year, she described her new relationship as “very different” and “very honest.”
According to Us Weekly, while the news of Bündchen’s pregnancy was “hard to digest” for Brady at first, he is reportedly “ultimately happy” for her, has “moved on,” and is only in contact with her about their kids.
As news of Bündchen’s pregnancy became public on Monday, Brady posted a picture of a sunset to his Instagram stories, accompanied by The Chicks’ cover of “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac. Other than three red heart emojis placed above the lyrics to the song (“Oh mirror in the sky, what is love / Can the child inside my heart rise above / Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?”), the former quarterback did not provide any other context for the post’s meaning.
