REVEALED: Travis Kelce ‘was given a warning by Taylor Swift’ ahead of the start of the NFL season
Taylor Swift has reportedly cautioned NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce as their A-List romance goes from strength to strength.
The Kansas City Chiefs star and the singer have dominated headlines since taking their relationship public on the NFL stage last September.
And, unlike Swift’s ex-boyfriends, Kelce hasn’t shied away from the spotlight, regularly opening up about their romance and gushing about his superstar girlfriend.
However, despite his good intentions, the tight end’s loving openness has reportedly forced the ‘Fortnight’ songstress to lay down some ground rules.
‘Travis loves to show Taylor off,’ a source told Life & Style, adding, ‘She appreciates it but she’s cautioning him from revealing too much about their private lives.’

The news comes after the three-time Super Bowl winner gushed about his girlfriend, her Eras Tour and even her football plays on the Rich Eisen show earlier this month.
He and his brother Jason often affectionately discuss ‘Tay’ and the couple’s love story on their podcast, ‘New Heights.’
And getting Kelce to scale back his openness may prove difficult after he and Jason inked a new $100million deal with Amazon-owned Wondery for the podcast, which has become so successful largely in part to the brothers’ candor.
‘He wears his heart on his sleeve and says what’s on his mind,’ said the source of the NFL star.
But while Kelce may wear his heart on his sleeve, Swift is no stranger to the magnifying glass of show business.
Just last week, pictures of a ‘break-up contract’ circulated online – causing the NFL star to draft in lawyers.

Swift and Kelce put on an extremely PDA-packed display at the US Open over the weekend
Travis’s representatives were forced to deny that the couple have plans to split later this month after a document written on the headed paper of his US PR company was spread online.
The paperwork which appears to have been created by Los Angeles-based firm Full Scope, reveals a strategy to make their split, and says the date for an announcement is September 28.
‘Taylor’s been in this biz long enough to know what comes with being in the spotlight,’ revealed the source.
And Kelce’s increased discretion is reportedly just one of her new rules to ensure their relationship goes the distance heading into the new NFL season.
Swift will be in attendance at as many of Kelce’s games as possible alongside his friends and family who ‘genuinely like her’ as he looks to help the Chiefs to a historic three-peat.

But as she hits the road again to resume her tour in mid-October, the pop superstar has planned to stay in contact as much as possible.
She has reportedly promised to fly home as often as she can and will be FaceTiming her beau on the days she can’t.
‘They’ll be doing lots of texting and calling, too, but Taylor likes to see Travis in real time,’ said the source. ‘She likes to know where he is and who he’s with. It’s not that she doesn’t trust him, she just wants to feel connected.’
She is also said to not want him to ‘get wasted in a bar with pals’ after his drunken display at the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade in February.
