Steve Harvey repeats raunchy answer from Celebrity Family Feud player he could ‘never say on TV’ as fans are ‘crying’

STEVE Harvey had a scene-stealing moment on tonight’s Celebrity Family Feud by shouting a raunchy answer he couldn’t have gotten away with out of context.

Singer Chris Daughtry and his bandmates faced singer Papa Roach and his bandmates in a 2000s-era rock music rumble.

One survey was, “Name something Mrs. Peanut might do to Mr. Peanut if she gets mad.”

Papa Roach’s team had control it was Tony, one of the bandmates’ turn- he said, “break his nuts.”

“My man” Steve replied giving Tony a fistbump. “That’s what I love about the band they have real good humor.

“[I’ve] ever be able to say this on TV until now…” the host continued.

Steve then let out a high-pitch scream with a Mortal Kombat-esque intensity, “Break his nuts!”

The answer wasn’t on the board as Steve lamented he had no clue how as it was “such a well thought answer.”

‘CRYING’

Family Feud fans went nuts over the moment on social media as one X user said they were “crying.”

“Family Feud Celebrity: Band Edition is on rn and it’s fuckin Daughtry vs. Papa Roach i’m crying so hard Steve just screamed “BREAK HIS NUTS!” at the board,” they wrote.

After three correct answers, team Papa Roach lost control and Daughtry had the chance to steal, which they did with “Roast him!”

Team Daughtry won the matchup winning $10,000 for charity.

Steve hosts the weekly special on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

CHRIS’ TRAGEDY

After gaining national popularity through American Idol, Chris Daughtry signed with RCA Records and 19 Entertainment and formed his band.

Daughtry’s first album was released in November 2006 and soon reached number one on the Billboard charts.

On November 12, 2021, Nashville police found the body of 25-year-old Hannah Price in her home.

She is the daughter of Deanna Daughtry from her first marriage and the stepdaughter of Chris.

The tragic death was later ruled to be a suicide and it was a huge loss for Chris who was very close with her.

FEUDING ON FEUD

On July 23’s episode, actor Anthony Anderson and his mom accused Steve of “cheating” in a heated moment.

Pop star Robin Thicke and Anthony took to the buzzer with the prompt, “Name an animal a man sounds like when they’re making love?”

Robin buzzed in first with “Cow,” which had 10 points and was No. 3.

Anthony then guessed “A Bear,” which also had 10 points but was placed at No. 2.

“We gonna play Steve!” the comic said, assuming he’d won the round based on the board.

Steve held up his hand, stopping him, “No?” Anthony asked.

“It’s a tie,” Steve explained.

“It’s a tie!?” Anthony gawked. “But my bear’s above his cow.”

“But he chimed in first,” Steve explained.

Anthony somberly went back to his team and his mom exclaimed, “They cheating already!”.

Anthony’s family looked equally confused and seemed to want a tiebreaker scenario – another teammate threw up his hands.

Anthony exclaimed, “It’s okay.”

That said, all’s well that ends well, as Anthony’s team won the matchup.
