Stagecoach attendees were ecstatic as country star Miranda Lambert surprised festival-goers with a surprise guest apperance from the Queen of Country Reba McEntire
Stagecoach attendees went wild as queens of country Miranda Lambert and Reba McEntire shared a legendary surprise duet during the annual music festival.
On Sunday, festival-goers raved over headliner Miranda’s unforgettable set as she not only played all of her chart-topping hits, but also debuted her brand new song Wranglers and brought out beloved country star Reba during her encore. During her unforgettable duet, the talented pair sang fan favorite hits Mama’s Broken Heart, Fancy, and Gunpowder & Lead.
According to reports from Rolling Stone, Miranda teased Reba’s apperance by telling the cheering jam-packed crowd: “I was thinking it would be pretty badass if I had a feisty redhead from Oklahoma to sing this song with me tonight.”

After the powerful performance which was met from an eruption of applause from festival-goers, fans took to X, formerly Twitter, raving over the iconic female pair. One fan wrote: “Absolutely love it when country music legends like Miranda Lambert and Reba McEntire bring such bold energy and sass to the stage!” And another gushed: “I feel like I’m dreaming. That was truly EPIC!” And another fan gushed: “Miranda Lambert and Reba McEntire strutting down the catwalk hand-in-hand about to sing a song about shooting a man in cold blood? COUNTRY MUSIC BABY.”
During their performance, Miranda stepped out in a stylish black top with turquoise detailing and blue fringe paired with a pair of rhinestone-covered flare black jeans complete with a beige-and-blue cowboy hat. Reba looked equally stunning as the red-headed beauty rocked a dark brown leather jacket with orange fringe overtop a burnt-orange sparkling top with a pair of figure-hugging dark wash jeans.
And while Miranda was praised for her iconic headlining show, other country stars were met with great disappointment from fans during the Stagecoach festival. On Saturday, festival-goers harshly criticized country star Eric Church’s performance as he played a full acoustic set singing only gospel music rather than his chart-topping hits. Many longtime fans claimed that they “stayed as long as they could” for his show, but left halfway through to go catch to Nickelback’s set instead.
