The 54-year-old star previously admitted she felt insecure and suffered from overthinking while she discussed her marriage with Blake.

Gwen shared a video of Blake performing via her Instagram Stories.
The country singer was singing on stage in The Ole Red Bar, which was opened by the couple earlier this year, in Las Vegas,
In the crowd, illuminated by blue lighting, were three women singing along wildly to Blake’s music.
One woman, who wore a tiny denim crop top and a pink cowboy hat, danced wildly to the music.
The friends seemed to embrace each other and danced around to the slow ballad.
Gwen stood backstage and zoomed into the girls dancing in the front row.
“Coolest girls at the club,” she captioned the post.
Gwen’s social media video came after the star admitted to feeling insecure when discussing her relationship with Blake.
The rock music star was on the cover of Nylon magazine in April.
She spoke to Nylon and posed for stunning photos taken by Domen and Van de Velde.

For the photos, Gwen stunned in a full face of makeup, including super-long eyelashes and a glossy red lip.
In the accompanying story, the star touched on some internal issues impacting her marriage.
“I had been going through those times where you’re questioning, ‘Oh my gosh, am I just getting older? Am I cute?'” she remembered.
“In my own relationship, even though I know the truth of what’s happening today, you still create drama in your own mind about your insecurities and what might happen. I was in that phase of the relationship with Blake and getting paranoid.”
FEELING INSECURE?
“It’s an insecurity we both have. These are conversations that she and I have with each other, ‘Are you still going to love me when I’m old or if I forget who I am?'” Blake chimed in.
However, Gwen later concluded, “The truth is I am in love with my best friend, and all this s**t I’m thinking of in my brain, that’s all it is — I’m overthinking.”
After the New Year, a source shared that Blake was “really upset” and “disappointed” that he couldn’t spend the night with his wife, according to Life & Style.

The insider also claimed that they were going through a rough patch, saying, “Gwen and Blake’s marriage is definitely in trouble.
“Lately, they’ve been at odds about everything from career decisions and the parenting of her three boys to where they spend most of their time.”
They concluded, “The tension continues to grow, and Blake and Gwen are drifting apart as a result.”
