Sean Hannity’s new $23.5M mansion revealed after Fox News star fled New York for the ‘free state of Florida’

Fox News host Sean Hannity has splurged out on a sprawling $23.5 million mansion after trading New York for Florida.

The 62-year-old has ditched The Empire State and moved into his new home located in Manalapan, an affluent town within Palm Beach County. 

His home is just a few minutes drive from president-elect Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, who he has frequently championed on his show.

Hannity’s new luxurious home is accompanied with Spanish-style roof tiling and surrounded by palm trees.

The home stands on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on another, making for incredible views.

Set on nearly 2-acres of land, the 12,000-square-foot residence has a total of eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.

The estate, which was built in 1990, is also equipped with the Floridian essentials – a pool that shimmers in the evening, a dock, a balcony and a roof-level observation terrace.

The move comes less than a year after the 62-year-old Fox News star announced his move from New York to ‘the free state of Florida’

But it wouldn’t be a star’s home without a bar, a wine room, an elevator and a fireplace – all of which it has.

The residence, listed by Gary Pohrer and Nick Malinosky of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman, was last bought for $18 million in 2021 and was renovated in the following years with new bathrooms, new flooring and impact sliding windows.

But in February of this year, the home made its way back on the market for $29 million before it was relisted later in October for $25.95 million. Hannity, who was represented by Vincent Spadea of Douglas Elliman, picked it up for $23.5 million.

Despite the home being in good condition overall, some real-estate agents in the area said that some buyers might consider it a teardown project

Hannity announced earlier this year that he would be broadcasting his radio show, The Sean Hannity Show, from his new home in the sunshine state which drew him in due to its conservative political climate.

‘We are now beginning our first broadcast of my new home, and that is in the free state of Florida,’ he said in January of 2024.

‘I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s great to be here.’

Hannity was drawn to Florida in part because of its vastly different conservative political climate compared to that of New York

The home resides in an influential area that is home to some of the state’s most luxurious estates

Hannity is the latest in a slew of well-known people buying out real estate in Manalapan, which has seen an increase in the luxury market from the spillover of those from the neighboring Palm Beach area – especially after Trump’s presidential victory.

In March of 2021, Jim Clark, the billionaire tech entrepreneur, bought a $94 million for an expansive estate called ‘Gemini’.

In 2022, Larry Ellison, the co-founder of Oracle, paid a record-setting $173 million for the same oceanfront estate after he was unable to initially buy the incredible property, which is only a one-minute drive down the road from Hannity’s new purchase.

The building, located on a barrier island in Manalapan, features 1,200 feet of ocean frontage and 1,300 feet of waterway, along with a 62,200-square-foot main residence and a seven-bedroom guest house.

The mega-mansion also has a stylish kitchen, living room, dining room and home office that all offer ample amount of space and storage

The two sections of the 12-bedroom main house — one facing the lake and the other, the ocean — are linked by a series of tunnels beneath the street. A 15-foot-wide tunnel serves as an art gallery.

Other properties in the area have been torn down and replaced with more modern compounds for its wealthy buyers.

In 2008, Hannity and his then-wife, Jill, paid $10.5 million for a 10,600-square-foot waterfront mansion in Oyster Bay – a quaint town in Long Island, New York, which was sold to a fan for roughly $12.7 million in cash in June of this year.

But his new oasis is surely an upgrade from the $5.3 million Palm Beach condo he bought in 2021.
