(TNND) — Savannah Guthrie started some accidental speculation amongst her Today show co-anchors on Monday.
Guthrie was introducing Jenna Bush Hager’s Morning Boost Segment, saying that “Jenna’s got a little something in the over for the Boost.”
The Today show’s male co-anchors got a little confused, thinking that Guthrie was teasing a pregnancy announcement from Bush Hager.
Carson Daly responded with “Wait, what?” while Bush Hager teased her morning segment.
While Bush Hager was talking about the viral clips she was going to share as her Boost videos, viewers could hear Guthrie chiding her co-anchors, Daly, Craig Melvin, and Al Roker.
Bush Hager looked confused as Guthrie said, “Stop that! Stop that!”
Roker asked, “Did you say Jenna’s pregnant?” and Daly questioned, “Are you making an announcement?”
Bush Hager shook her head, saying that she understood what Guthrie said, shutting down the speculation that she was pregnant.
One of the co-anchors of Today could be heard saying, “I’m so excited for you!” as a joke to Bush Hager.
Bush Hager is a mom to two daughters and a son that she shares with her husband of 17 years, Henry Hager.
In March, she talked about potentially having a fourth child on Today With Jenna & Friends, saying that she has come “to terms that three, even though it’s an imperfect number, is the perfect number for our house.”
