SAVANNAH Guthrie has gone missing on Today and was replaced by another anchor.

Her absence comes just days after she was ripped for her supposedly disrespectful interview with Kelly Rowland.

Craig Melvin filled in for Savannah on Friday.

He sat next to Hoda Kotb, who is the typical host of Today with Savannah.

“Well, hello, welcome to Today. It is Friday. We’re glad you’re with us,” Hoda, 59, said.

“Savannah is off this morning.”

Hoda did not elaborate and instead went straight into the news of the day.

Craig, 44, typically joins Hoda and Savannah, 52, at the desk about 30 minutes into the program.

However, on Friday, that role went to Sheinelle Jones.

Savannah was in the rest of the week.

SAVANNAH’S BOOK TOUR

Savannah is currently on a book tour to promote her upcoming release, Mostly What God Does.

She was absent from Today because she is currently in Oxford, Mississippi, to talk about the book.

The journalist shared a photo to her Instagram Stories that she will be signing books and talking about it, which comes out February 20.

The book tour ends on February 28 in New Canaan, Connecticut.

SHE’S A SOLDIER

Before her absence, Savannah interviewed Destiny’s Child star, Kelly Rowland, on Thursday.

However, fans slammed the host after she asked Kelly, 43, a disrespectful question.

Kelly stars in Netflix’s new legal thriller, Mea Culpa, which comes out on February 23.

Ahead of the film’s release, the singer is doing a media tour to help with promotion.

Kelly sat down with Savannah for an interview about the steamy film, which sees her starring as a criminal defense attorney working on a murder case.

After a few questions about the movie, Savannah played an old clip of Kelly performing on Today as part of Destiny’s Child in 2001.

“What do you think when you look at that?” the host asked Kelly.

“That was so long ago, I’m 43 now,” the actress responded with a smile.

After Savannah asked her guest if she was working on new music, Kelly revealed, “I am, I’m working on new music.”

The host asked for more details, but Kelly smiled and teased that she wasn’t able to share much else about it right now.

That’s when Savannah turned the conversation toward another Destiny’s Child alum – Beyonce.

“What do you think about your friend Beyonce?” Savannah asked.

“She’s like your sister, you guys literally grew up together – she’s stepping into country.”

“I’m so proud of her,” Kelly replied.

Pushing for more about Beyonce’s turn to country music, Savannah added, “I know, but were you surprised and what do you think about it?”

“I’m so proud of her,” Kelly said. “So happy for her.”

Realizing Kelly wasn’t going to add anything else, Savannah went back to talking about Mea Culpa.

However, fans online weren’t as quick to move on.

Viewers blasted the host for bringing up Beyonce and said they were tired of Kelly always being asked about her friend and former girl group member.

“Very disrespectful to ask as accomplished entertainer as @KELLYROWLAND about Beyoncé every freaking time she comes on your show,” one fan tweeted.

“Will yall PLEASE quit asking @KELLYROWLAND about Beyonce,” a another tweeted.

“She’s clearly there to promote her endeavors!”
