Ryan Seacrest split from Shayna Taylor because he was not ready to tie the knot, it has been claimed.
The 26-year-old model was eager to settle down with the TV host, but Seacrest, who will turn 45-years-old at the end of the year, was not on the same page.
‘After three years together, Shayna wanted more out of the relationship,’ a source told People. ‘It felt like the natural next step for her. She was ready to get married, but Ryan wasn’t there yet.’

The timing is interesting as his big TV show American Idol is set to return on March 3.
Ryan has never wed though he has had a serious relationship with Julianne Hough and has been linked to Sophie Monk.
In December Ryan told ET that he did not feel any pressure from his family to get married. ‘Here’s the good news about my family: they are so distracted that my sister is having a baby in about three days, they don’t even know I exist,’ he said at the time.
In 2017 he told Kelly Ripa he almost got married once. ‘I did get close and I didn’t do it and it was the right move. But I love the idea — and I know you’re going to ask me — of marriage because my parents have been married for 47 years, and so I have this thing — and you’ve been married 21.’

People claimed on Wednesday that Ryan and Shayna had got their separate ways.
Reps for Ryan have yet to confirm the news.
‘It was an amicable split and they’re still really close,’ said the insider. ‘They still love and care about each other.’

The two have a bumpy past.
They met in 2013 and started a romantic relationship. But then they split in 2014.
Around 2016 they started dating again and she moved from Los Angeles to New York City to be by his side as he worked on Live With Kelly And Ryan.

On Tuesday Ryan was seen looking down in the dumps as he headed to the gym in NYC. He had plenty of facial stubble as he wore a grey Gotham T-shirt and later a blue hoodie with black slacks.
