The star and quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs,Patrick Mahomes, seeks to avoid injury during the NFL season and thus have continuity on the field.
What Mahomes can do to avoid injuries is to have an intensive physical preparation so that his body can withstand the hits and contacts at game time.
Patrick shared a video on his social media where he performs different exercises to strengthen his body. You can see how Mahomes mainly performs exercises to tone his entire upper waist, paying attention to his wrists and arms.
Although three-time winner of the Vincent Lombardi Trophy is one of the best athletes on the planet, the support he receives from his teammates is key to achieving victory in each game.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid recently praised Mahomes. Speaking at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Reid credited Patrick Mahomes for much of his success as the Chiefs’ coach and asserted that to compete for championships, a team must have a “good quarterback.” Mahomes is certainly that.
Statistics put the Kansas City Chiefs above the biggest dynasties in the NFL. The Chiefs are the best team of the last decade with an overall record of 117 wins and 46 losses. This figure is above the New England Patriots, who have a record of 103-60 in the same period. More than half of that span, the Pats had the duo of head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady at the helm. It looks like Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes received the torch from Bill and Tom.
Only time will record the achievements to come for Mahomes and the Chiefs, fans are eager for the NFL season to begin to enjoy the games hoping that Kansas City continues on the path of success.
