On Saturday night, LeBron James disclosed his TV tuning on social media and, to everyone’s surprise, it was the USL Championship second division soccer game between Loudon United and FC Tulsa. The footage in the post showed a goal from Robby Dambrot as the 20-time NBA All-Star even captioned it, “The Man, The Myth, The Legend!!”
LeBron’s strange choice of soccer viewing soon went viral and the hoop enthusiasts flocked in to pound the comment section. Here are some of the comments on that thread:

On the contrary, LeBron knows exactly who that is. Ronny Dambrot is none other than the son of Keith Dambrot, who coached the former Cavs forward in high school. LeBron still keeps in touch with his former teacher and no wonder he knows his son.
But with that out of the way, it was rather interesting to see LeBron showing support for his friend from a different sport. Watching soccer was no chance encounter for the NBA ace as he has his own history with the game.
