Kim Kardashian has drafted up a contract for her son Saint West to sign before allowing him to launch his own YouTube channel.

The eight-year-old is growing up fast and it seems like he’s desperate to make a name for himself. However, Kim wanted to make sure her son, who she shares with Kanye West, is staying safe online and so created seven strict rules for him to follow.

The rules include not releasing any personal family information and there’s even a clause in the contract relating to Saint’s 11-year-old sister North West. Sharing a picture of the contract on Instagram, Kim revealed Saint isn’t allowed to film while North is “recording music”.

The contract stated: “I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information.

“I am not allowed to film while North is recording music.” North is set to release her forthcoming debut album, Elementary School Dropout.

Saint’s contract continued: “I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason. If I don’t listen to all of the rules, my mom could make my page private or delete my account.”

The youngster signed his name at the bottom of the piece of paper. Writing alongside the Instagram picture, Kim said: “Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube Channel.

“He better not breach.” Kim also shared a screenshot of the channel and said: “I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube Channel after signing an extensive contract! lol Please subscribe!!!”

Kim had previously begged fans to follow her son’s new venture, explaining on Monday that he wanted to reach 1million subscribers. While Kim might be worried about Saint creating his YouTube account, the company has some rules in place to protect children.

Anyone under the age of 13 cannot create their own channels. Instead, parents can set up a supervised account for their child, which is linked to their own Google Account.
