Jeopardy! was nominated for its 137th Emmy Award.
The trivia game show was nominated for two awards for the 2024 Emmy Awards – Outstanding Game Show and Outstanding Hosts For A Game Show Host category. This was Ken Jennings second straight Emmy nomination for best game show host. Jeopardy! has won a total of 44 Emmy Awards throughout the years. The other nominees for Outstanding Hosts For A Game Show were Steve Harvey for Celebrity Family Feud, Keke Palmer for Password, Jane Lynch for Weakest Link, and Pat Sajak for Wheel Of Fortune.
The show’s X, formerly known as Twitter, account posted the news, congratulating to Ken and the team.

Ken is a former Jeopardy! champion and holds the record for the longest winning streak in the trivia show history with 74 consecutive wins in 2004. Ken became the show’s host in 2022 after Alex lost a fight to pancreatic cancer in November 2020 and others like Mike Richards and Mayim co-hosted for the time being. In 2021, Ken would co-host with Mayim and would switch off.
The Jeopardy! franchise has grown to different spin off like Tournament of Champions and Jeopardy! Masters. It recently announced an Amazon series all about pop culture. The show is currently casting and a host has yet been announced.
