Viewers of Jeopardy! took to social media to share their anger after the final category, about women in history, left the all-male contestants completely stumped
The question left the three players stumped
Jeopardy! fans were left shouting at their televisions in frustration after three finalists were given a question on women’s history – which they all got incorrect.
The three players were Nick Marino, a mechanical engineer from San Francisco, Neeraj Borle, an investment firm managing director from New York, and Brandon Monsman, a bartender from Cleveland. The final jeopardy was Women of History, and the clue for the category was: Regarding the idea of “women first”, she queried, “Women demand equal rights on land – why not on sea?”

Brandon went first, guessing “Who is Earhart?”, with a $0 wager. Neeraj went for “Who is Phyllis Schlafly?” with an $8000 wager. Finally, Nick guessed “Who is Roosevelt?” and put down a wager of $10601. Despite beginning the round in last place, thanks to his $0 wager, Brandon shot to first.

Some viewers admitted that the question was a tough one

After all three men got the answer wrong, viewers took to social media to vent their frustrations at the episode.
One wrote on X: “Always hilarious when the final jeopardy category is “women in history” and not a single one of the three male contestants gets the answer right <3.”
Another said: “I get mad when it lines up that all three jeopardy contestants are men.”
A third commented on Brandon’s $0 wager, writing: “LMFAO this guy in jeopardy was dead last but the final category was women’s history and he wagered $0 while the other two men wagered over half of what they had so the guy won.”
However, others admitted that the question was a tough one, with one viewer posting: “FTR I guessed Molly Brown thinking it couldn’t possibly be correct.”
Someone else said: “Nope. Didn’t think of Molly Brown in this context. Interesting! #Jeopardy.”
