NFL star Jason Kelce reveals how he ditched wife Kylie during shark attack in dramatic middle of the ocean incident
JASON KELCE ditched his wife in the sea after having a close encounter with a shark while on a family holiday.
The Kelce family took a trip to Maui in 2016 before jetting off to Honolulu for the NFL Pro Bowl, in which Kansas City Chiefs star Travis featured.

Like many couples, Jason and his wife Kylie McDevitt decided to do a spot of paddleboarding in the picturesque sea.
But their romantic activity came to an abrupt halt when a fellow beachgoer shouted “shark”.
Jason, like most people would do, panicked and fled the water in double quick time, so much so that he left his beloved Kylie behind to fend for herself.
During a recent episode of his New Heights Podcast, he recalled: “I high-tailed in reverse. I don’t ask questions. I’m not asking questions.
“This motherf***er just yelled ‘Shark!’
“I am headed inland! Kylie is like, ‘Where are you going, J?’
“I didn’t even say a word. I just kept going straight. I was in full panic mode.”
Travis was left stunned by his brother’s abandoning of his sister-in-law.

The 34-year-old Tight End said: “Shut the f**k up. There’s no way. You couldn’t even echo the call?”
Philadelphia Eagles Center Travis jokingly replied to his younger brother: “She should know.”
Travis, 36, was hesitant to get on the paddleboard to begin with due to endless hours watching Shark Week.
He said: “We were paddleboarding one time off the coast of Maui, I think it was when you were in the Pro Bowl.
“We were out there visiting you. We were staying in Maui before we went to Oahu.
“Before we went there, we stayed in Maui and Kylie talked me into paddleboarding at the little cove at the resort.
“And I watch Shark Week all the frickin’ time and I’m like, ‘This is the No.1 way to get eaten by sharks is to get on a frickin’ surfboard.’

“It’s definitely true, between that and spearfishing.”
Staying on the paddleboard proved to be difficult for Travis, who feared the worst every time he went under.
He said: “I’m on this paddle board and I keep falling off.
“I don’t see the shark, I just keep falling off.
“And I get back on that thing as quick as possible – as quick as possible.

The Kelce brothers will be back in action a week on Monday when the Eagles host the Chiefs at Lincoln Financial Field.
