Jason Kelce appears to have dispelled rumors that his brother Travis and Taylor Swift are set to break up after an alleged ‘relationship contract’ was posted online.

Earlier this week, it was posted on social media that an apparent contract between the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the pop star detailed the couple would split at the end of this month. A document supposedly detailing and planning their separation and the subsequent publicity was shared.

The paperwork, which appeared to have been created by Los Angeles-based firm Full Scope, said that the couple would announce they had split on September 28. It added they would release an official statement that would be “gracious, respectful and stress mutual respect”. Allowing three days “post break up” to “allow the initial media frenzy to settle and ensure clarity”.

But Travis’ representatives moved quickly to wholly deny he has plans to split from Swift later this month and it appears that his brother Jason has also rubbished the claims following his interaction with a Swiftie on social media.

One comment wrote that Jason has been telling his kids that cats are poisonous in an effort to make sure they don’t want one. However, another fan questioned what the Philadelphia Eagles legend’s plan will be when his children meet Swift’s pet cats. To which Jason replied: “It’s gonna be hilarious”.

Jason’s comments will ease the concerns of Travis and Swift’s fans who would have been shocked upon seeing the alleged document. As report by the Daily Mail, the statement regarding their split was prepped to say: “Example: Travis and Taylor have decided to part ways after careful consideration.

“They both value and respect each other’s personal lives and appreciate your respect for privacy during this time. They are both committed to their careers and personal growth. They remain friends and wish each other the best.”

A spokesman for Full Scope insisted that they were “entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorised by this agency”. The representative added they have called in lawyers although they are not expected to find the culprit. “We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents,” they said.

Jason and his wife Kylie are very close with Swift, with the couple spotted alongside the pop star at a Chiefs NFL game when his brother’s relationship was still blossoming. Jason previously praised Swift’s humility for someone so famous and in the limelight as she is, especially over the past year during her The Eras Tour.

“My brother and his love life is definitely the topic of the NFL right now, and my whole thing with that is as long as Trav is happy and enjoying life, I’m happy and enjoying life,” Kelce said. “I’ve been fortunate to meet Taylor now. She’s awesome, [a] down-to-earth, genuine person, which has been great to see, whenever you’re seeing anyone of that caliber of stardom still remain as grounded as they are.”
