Travis Kelce’s method for dealing with flirty fans has been revealed by comedian Ron Funches, who says he witnessed it first hand while the NFL star was filming ‘Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?’.

Funches appeared as a guest on Kelce’s new quiz show, which launched earlier this month on Amazon Prime and was filmed over the summer in California.

He told US Weekly that while he was on set, some fans tried to flirt with Kelce, despite his high-profile romance with Taylor Swift.

‘One of my favorite things I actually saw, and I don’t want to use it as a spoiler, but, occasionally, some people tried to hit on him,’ Funches said.

‘Him shutting that down was really sweet and really nice to see. You can tell he’s in it with her.’

The revelation from Funches that fans were flirting with Kelce comes after reports that Swift even visited the NFL star turned television host on set in Los Angeles.

‘We may or may not have heard whispers that she came by,’ Funches added. ‘I did not see her, but I did hear whispers.’

Kelce and Swift went public with their relationship last September when the singer appeared at a Chiefs game alongside his mom Donna at Arrowhead Stadium.

Last week, Kelce’s family attended her latest Eras Tour show in Miami without the Chiefs star, who was preparing for last Sunday’s game against San Francisco 49ers.

‘Well, I had all the FOMO in the world with the entire family and a lot of our friends being there,’ Kelce told his older brother Jason on their New Heights podcast. ‘Man, I wish I was there.’

This weekend, Kelce and the Chiefs are back in action in Las Vegas against the Raiders, looking to extend their 6-0 winning start to the season.

Swift, meanwhile, is performing in New Orleans this weekend on the final leg of her Eras tour.
