The feud escalated again on Wednesday as Biles made a surprise revelation on X
SUNISA Lee has hit back at former Olympic gymnast MyKayla Skinner for her criticism of the 2024 USA team.
Lee and Simone Biles helped lead the USA to gold in the women’s gymnastics team final at the Paris Olympics on Tuesday.

Skinner, a silver medalist on beam at Tokyo 2020, criticized the team for a lack of work ethic in the run-up to this summer’s Games.
“Besides Simone, I feel like the talent and the depth just isn’t like what it used to be,” Skinner said in a now-removed YouTube clip, per the NY Post.
“The girls just don’t have the work ethic.”
Skinner apologized for the remarks in an emotional Instagram post last month.
“I want to formally apologize to Team USA and to our gymnastic community for my comments during my recent YouTube episodes of the gymnastics Olympic trials, Skinner wrote on July 6.
“It was not my intention to offend or disrespect any of the athletes or to take away from their hard work.”
But it appears Biles and the rest of the triumphant gold medal-winning team have not forgotten her comments.
Following Tuesday’s triumph, Biles uploaded a snap of her celebrating with teammates Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera.
“Lack of talent, lazy, Olympic champions,” Biles captioned the post, in an apparent reference to Skinner.
“Put a finger down if Simone Biles just ended you,” wrote the 21-year-old Lee in response.
The feud developed further on Wednesday as Biles appeared to reveal she’d been blocked on social media by Skinner.
“Oop I’ve been blocked,” the Olympic star wrote on X.
“Put the L in MyKayla,” one fan joked in response.
“Put a finger down if a hater tried you and failed,” said another.
“You’re iconic and who is she?” added a third.
Following her triumphant comeback from developing the “twisties” in Tokyo, Biles is going for gold in four individual events.
She is scheduled to compete in the all-around, vault, balance beam, and floor finals.
Biles already has eight Olympic medals in total following her triumph on Tuesday in the team event.
She won five at Rio 2016 and two four years later in Tokyo.
The 27-year-old is now the most decorated US Olympic gymnast of all time, surpassing Shannon Miller’s medal haul of seven.
