Gwen Stefani Remembers Her First Halloween with Husband Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani just shared the most adorable photos of her and Blake Shelton from years ago.

In an Instagram post on October 30, Stefani posted a carousel of pictures from their very first Halloween together in 2015, when their relationship was just starting.

In the photos, Stefani is dressed in a farmer-girl outfit, complete with a cowgirl hat and fake blood on her face. Shelton is dressed as what appears to be a Wienerschnitzel employee.

“Met u in October I had nothing to lose/dressed up like a country girl I’d knew you’d approve/knew I had to kiss you on the Halloween moon,” Stefani wrote in the caption of the post.

It turns out that the caption was also a subtle way for Stefani to hint at a brand new song.

To fans’ surprise, the final post in Stefani’s Halloween carousel featured a video of her singing an unknown song, accompanied by footage of the night sky with clouds moving over a full moon.

This sneak peek of the new track comes shortly after Stefani announced that her upcoming fifth studio album, Bouquet, will be released on November 15. So, we can only assume that this adorable tune will be part of the upcoming album tracklist!

About Gwen and Blake’s Relationship

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton tied the knot on July 3, 2021. The couple first met as coaches on Season 7 of The Voice in 2014. At that time, both were married to other people— Stefani to Gavin Rossdale and Shelton to Miranda Lambert. They went through public divorces in 2015, and it wasn’t long after that Stefani and Shelton announced their relationship. Their wedding was a full-circle moment, with The Voice host Carson Daly officiating the ceremony.
