It’s no secret when it comes to Blake Shelton that he likes to indulge. It’s typically some combination of alcohol and fatty food. Recently, an insider dished that Shelton could not put down the pork sandwiches with all the fixings. Blake has dropped weight before. Unfortunately, he often finds himself in a yo-yo pattern of losing weight and then putting it back on.

Based on what an insider revealed, Blake Shelton is now tipping the scale at more than 250 pounds. In the past, he has vowed to cut back on the beer, mashed potatoes, and country-fried steak, but, as of right now, that does not seem to be the case at all.

Based on the latest updates making the rounds, it seems both Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are making some drastic changes ahead of the holidays. While Blake has been counting his carbs, an insider dished that Gwen is back to her cosmetic surgeries to keep her young appearance, as well as to keep the spark alive in the bedroom.

Recently, an insider dished: “He’s vowing to get his bloating under control and she’s obviously back to her surgery sprees. It’s no secret they’ve been dealing with pressures in their relationship, but by glamming up and slimming down they believe they can find the spark again. It’s always worked for them before.”

The insider continued, saying: Word is, Gwen got some tweaking done to her face, Botox, fillers, lasers, maybe micro-needling to tighten her neck, and she’s got other items on her maintenance list. It makes her feel pretty. There’s a lot of competition out there and she needs to keep up. In her view, she’s doing these nip/tucks to appease fans, but it also puts a sexy fire under Blake, too, to the point where he can’t keep his hands off her.”

Gwen and Blake have been the subject of ongoing split speculation for some time. Even though some of these methods may be unconventional, it seems they are both doing what they can to continue to keep the fire burning for one another.
