Greg Gutfeld’s show gets ‘bumped’ as he weighs in on Elon Musk’s ‘Nazi salute’ scandal

Greg Gutfeld announced his Fox News show would be pulled from the schedule on Monday night after he chimed in on the Elon Musk “Nazi salute” drama.

Fox News had other plans  than broadcasting Gutfeld! on Inauguration Day.

Before the announcement that Gutfeld! would be scrapped, host Greg Gutfeld took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on the aftermath of Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.

He criticized the media for accusing Elon Musk of performing a “Nazi salute” during his speech at the inaugural festivities, saying: “First day in and the media is already talking Nazis. Keep at it douchebags. It’s glorious how you never learn.”

Musk faced criticism for a controversial gesture where he placed his hand on his chest and then extended his right arm upwards, reminiscent of Adolf Hitler’s notorious Nazi salute.

Later, Greg updated his followers about the rescheduling of Gutfeld!, which usually airs on Fox News at 10pm. He posted: “Hey all @Gutfeldfox is getting bumped tonight and will air tomorrow. Don’t yell at me kids. Not my call.”

While he didn’t explain why the show was delayed, fans expressed their disappointment.

One user, @AdamBoehm5, suggested: “Bro, for real? can you at least crash the set of whatever show they’re gonna air? c’mon… would be a classic Gutfeld moment.”

Another, @AdlerJoelle, pleaded: “NO NO NO NO. I protest. Who can i call to protest?”

User @EddieChaput asked: “Why do they always do this to the best show. Why this time? ” while @MrsGrasspays added: “No!!! I was so excited to watch tonight.”

Greg cleared up the confusing in a Facebook post, stating, “Gutfeld! will not air tonight due to continuing coverage of President Trump’s Inauguration. For the latest stay tuned to Fox News.”

Consequently, Sean Hannity received an extended two-hour slot to discuss the inauguration events.

Fans can anticipate Greg’s return to his regular timeslot on Fox News tonight.
