GMA meteorologist Rob Marciano ‘fired’ after co-stars ‘complained about his behavior’ as he’s ‘barred’ from NYC set

METEOROLOGIST Rob Marciano has been fired from ABC, according to bombshell reports on Tuesday.
Last year, multiple co-stars filed complaints about the ABC and Good Morning America weatherman and he was banned from the set.

Rob’s departure from the network was reported by The New York Post.
His exit reportedly had to do with “anger management issues,” according to their sources.
The departure comes after multiple staffers had made complaints about his behavior over the years.
Last March, Rob, 56, was temporarily barred from the GMA set in New York City over “making a female colleague uncomfortable” and it now appears he was fully let go.
Rob has not issued a formal or informal statement at this time.
The circumstances surrounding his exit are unconfirmed and The U.S. Sun has reached out for comment.
‘ALARMING EVENTS’
Last March, PageSix reported that the father-of-two was banned from stepping foot inside the GMA studio.
That’s why the meteorologist has since done most of his weather reports from outside, or in a different state.
He has since moved to ABC News’ World News Tonight, and dipped in and out of GMA.
Multiple sources told the outlet that he was banned after he “made a female colleague feel uncomfortable.”
“He was found to have done something… that was improper, but he was punished for it, and they still haven’t let him return,” an insider told PageSix.
A second source shared: “He made people feel uncomfortable. There was a period where there were some issues, a number of alarming events.”
The sources did not share which colleague he made feel uncomfortable or what happened between Rob and them.
One of the sources did share that he was dealing with “anger issues” while going through his divorce with his ex-wife, Eryn, last year.
“There were times when [Rob] was very cranky and angry… unsavory behavior on his part. He was pulled off to deal with it and he’s been back,” the second source shared.
After the events happened, Rob was fully taken off the air for one month.
One of the outlet’s sources said Rob “wants his old job back and to be allowed back in” to the studio.
However, it was claimed that GMA boss Simone Swink “still won’t allow him” back.
Swink has been “extra cautious” and “protective,” the sources said, after replacing former GMA boss Michael Corn, who was fired for the alleged sexual abuse of two women.
Rob had been with ABC News and Good Morning America for nearly a decade, joining in 2014 after a brief stint as the co-anchor of a program on Entertainment Tonight.
The ABC meteorologist joined GMA when he took over Ginger Zee’s previous position.
He previously was a weatherman for CNN for over 10 years.
‘DIFFICULT’ DIVORCE
In November 2010, Rob and Eryn Marciano tied the knot.
The former couple has two children, a daughter named Madelynn and a son named Mason.
However, The U.S. Sun obtained New York court records that revealed Eryn filed for divorce on June 18, 2021.
On July 10, 2022, the weather reporter told People: “The last couple of years have been very difficult.
“I didn’t want this and tried to save the marriage, but we are sadly divorcing. My focus now is on my kids.”
