Hello, Florida: Inside Sean Hannity’s New Townhouse in Palm Beach

After years of declaring his discontent with living in New York, Sean Hannity announced that he has left the state for good.
Last week, the conservative Fox News host announced that he has permanently moved to Florida and will be broadcasting both his radio show, “The Sean Hannity Show,” and his prime-time TV program, “Hannity,” from his home in the Sunshine State.
“We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home, and that is in the free state of Florida,” Hannity said on his daily radio show. “I am out. I am done. I am finished in New York.”
Before his move down south, Hannity had primarily resided in the 10,600-square-foot Long Island estate that he purchased for $8.5 million in 2008.
The gated property is located in Oyster Bay, NY, and extends nearly 6 acres. Inside the seven-bedroom mansion is a home studio where he would regularly broadcast his shows.

Now, Hannity will be reaching his audience from the Sunshine State. The political pundit purchased the Palm Beach, FL, 3,800-square-foot property with water views in 2021 for $5.3 million.
Located in a gated enclave a couple of miles south of Palm Beach’s Billionaires Row, the property offers ocean views from the living room and primary suite. The home also boasts a private patio with a pool and access to the beach. As a member of the condo community, Hannity also has access to exercise facilities, clay tennis courts, and 24/7 security.

Hefty real estate empire
Although Hannity has departed the Empire State for sunnier climes, he still appears to be hanging on to his longtime Long Island abode.
In fact, Hannity’s reported real estate portfolio is extensive.
In 2018, it was revealed via public records obtained by The Guardian that Hannity was linked to several shell companies that, at the time, had spent around $90 million to amass more than 870 homes in seven states.
The properties range from high-priced mansions to apartment buildings for low-income renters reportedly purchased “with support from the U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development,” according to The Guardian.
