NBA superstar LeBron James has reportedly acquired his third residence in Los Angeles – a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion valued at £30 million ($39 million). The estate, previously owned by Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of renowned soap operas, boasts luxurious amenities across its 13,000 square feet.
Located on a 2.5-acre promontory, the 1934-built home offers breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles, the ocean, and the Santa Monica Mountains. Featuring four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 9,146 square feet of living space, it includes notable additions like seven fireplaces, a screening room, and a tennis court illuminated for nighttime play. The property also encompasses a pool house with two bathrooms.

Photos shared by sports business reporter Darren Rovell showcase the interior’s skylights, indoor fountains, and expansive glass sliders framing panoramic city vistas. This latest acquisition adds to James’ existing properties in Brentwood, including a two-story mansion purchased in 2017 for £17.5 million ($23 million) and another sprawling home featuring six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Currently immersed in the NBA bubble at Disney World Resort, James is focused on leading the Los Angeles Lakers towards their first championship in a decade. His achievements in basketball include three NBA titles, four league MVP awards, and ranking third on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
