The cookbook author, 38, who recently celebrated her 11th wedding anniversary with John Legend , took to social media on Wednesday to share a comedic take on the "mean comments" she often receives

The comedic clap back comes just four days after Legend posted a sweet tribute to Chrissy on Instagram marking the marriage milestone.

He posted: ‘Anniversa-date with my lover/best friend/wife. I’m so glad I met you 18 years ago. So glad we said “I do” 11 years ago. So ready to do this for life.’

The mother of four also marked the special occasion by sharing a series of heartfelt photos on Instagram, referring to her husband as her ‘favorite person.’

‘Happy anniversary to my favorite person on this whole planet. thank you for loving me and our family so fully,’ she gushed.

‘thank you for being my partner and best friend. 18 years together. 11 years married. 4 babies. 4 dogs. 2 hairless cats. A bearded dragon. A house full of love and fun.

‘We are so lucky. I love you bear!’ the Cravings founder concluded.

The couple’s romance began in 2006 when they met on the set of his Stereo music video, where Teigen played his love interest.

After years of dating, Legend proposed in December 2011 during a Christmas trip to the Maldives.

They tied the knot on September 14, 2013, in a lavish ceremony at Villa Pizzo in Lake Como, Italy, a location that held sentimental value after the couple had previously vacationed there.

The couple now shares four children—Luna, Miles, Esti, and Wren—and often celebrate their love on social media, including marking their 11th wedding anniversary in 2023.

The pair share four children: Luna Simone, 8, Miles Theodore, 6, Esti Maxine, 19 months, and Wren Alexander, 13 months

In 2020, Legend told Spotify that his chart topping single All of Me was about his wife, who he wed in 2013.

‘I’m so honored to know we created something that has meant so much to so many people,’ he told the music streaming platform.

‘I wrote this song to express how I felt to the woman I love as we were about to commit to a lifetime together.

‘But often the best songs are able to express something in a way that is both personal and universal. I’m grateful to know that lovers around the world have connected with this song and made it their own,’ he finished.
