BREAKING NEWS: The Voice will have many big changes in Season 27 next spring, shocking fans

The Voice is changing things up in a very big way for Season 27 next Spring-with a major shake-up coming to the coaches who will be trying to win with their teams.

The NBC singing competition series is known for its ever-evolving panel of coaches each season, often interchanging them and welcoming new faces into the mix.

Not long after revealing the Season 26 panel-which will consist of Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg and Michael Buble-the show is now sharing how they are shaking things up for the season that comes after.

It appears producers heard fans who weren’t impressed with McEntire, as she won’t return in the Spring season.

It appears they also heard fan demands for one of the former judges to return-though it’s not the same one they had previously hoped for.

In an announcement on social media, NBC shared that Adam Levine, who appeared on the show for the first 16 seasons before exiting, is set to make his long-awaited return to the series.

He will be joined by John Legend, who is returning after taking Season 26 off, Buble, and new coach Kelsea Ballerini.

Ballerini will have big shoes to fill and compete with when she debuts on the panel.

While it’s not clear how Buble will fare as a coach since he is only first joining the panel in the Fall, Legend and Levine have both been forces during their respective seasons.

While Legend only won once, it was on his first season as a coach on the show. Levine, meanwhile, won the show’s first, fifth and ninth seasons.

The only other coaches to win more were Shelton, who took the title nine times before leaving the show after Season 22, and Kelly Clarkson, who won four times in the nine seasons she coached.

However, while fans are excited to see Ballerini, they are more ecstatic that Levine will be making his return, just after ratings took a dip and fans expressed that they were less enthused by it.

“Now I can watch @NBCTheVoice again, you are that show, never the same without you!!” one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

“YAYYY!!! Our handsome Adam is back! My sister and I’ve so missed your good looking face and OHHHH YOUR VOICE! Finer than frog hair,” another said.

“Definitely going to be watching this season! Team Adam!” another added.

“Im sooo executed for these 4!!!! Adam finally returning and now Kelsea??!!! AHHHH,” a fourth commented.
