The Voice favorite Adam Levine to return to Season 27 as coach – and he’s joined by a hit country pop star
THE coaches for an upcoming season of The Voice have been announced.
For Season 27 next year, Adam Levine, 45, will be returning to the spinning red chair as well as a popular country singer.

The Maroon 5 singer was a part of the very first season of The Voice in 2011 alongside Blake Shelton, 47; Christina Aguilera, 43; and CeeLo Green, 49.
He left the show after Season 16 (2019) after winning three times.
For the first time, country singer Kelsea Ballerini, 30, will take her turn in the spinning chair.
Joining them are returning coaches John Legend, 45, and Michael Bublé, 48.
On Wednesday, the official The Voice social media account confirmed the news with a video from the Wake Up Call hitmaker himself.
“Yes, I’m coming back,” Adam said.
“I cannot wait. I’m well rested and I’m ready to go.
“I’m a little nervous, I’m not nervous, but I’m so excited and it’s gonna be great.
“Team Adam is back. I feel bad for other teams.
“Season 27 is gonna be different. Voice fam, here we come.”
In the comment section, fans were thrilled that the OG coach will soon be returning.
“Best news ever,” one said.
Another tweeted, “Thank you for returning Adam!”
KELSEA’S DEBUT
In another video shared on X, formerly Twitter, Kelsea shared her excitement.
“Okay, it’s official. I am so beyond excited to be joining The Voice next year y’all,” she said.
The Voice coaches for Season 27
On June 5, 2024, it was revealed which four well-known musical acts would take a seat in the spinning coaches chair next year.
In a video shared on The Voice’s official social media accounts, they shared videos from the Season 27 coaches.
Adam Levine
Adam was one of the original coaches during Season 1 of the reality TV series alongside Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green, and Christina Aguilera.
The singer is most known for his role as the frontman of pop music group Maroon 5.
Kelsea Ballerini
The Grammy-award nominated artist will join The Voice in 2025.
However, during Season 20, she filled in for coach Kelly Clarkson.
John Legend
Returning coach John has been on the show since Season 16 in 2019.
The R&B singer, also married to Chrissy Teigen, was on the show during Season 12 as an advisor.
Michael Bublé
Michael will be joining The Voice during Season 26 and will continue his role as a coach during Season 27.
In the fall, he will sit alongside Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, and Gwen Stefani.
“Let’s go, Team Kelsea!”
Kelsea has been on the reality TV show in the past but as a battle advisor during Season 16.
The Half of My Hometown singer filled in for former host Kelly Clarkson during Season 20.
Kelsea is a Grammy-nominated artist with over 6 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
Her most streamed songs on the platform are This Feeling with The Chainsmokers, Miss Me More, and Peter Pan.

‘SEE YOU SOON!’
Along with Kelsea’s message, Michael and John also shared some words of their own.
Michael said, “I’m so excited to be joining The Voice next year, let’s go Team Bublé.”
“What is The Voice without Team Legend? I’m excited to be back on The Voice next year. See you soon,” John exclaimed.
Fans don’t have to wait until next year for a new season of the NBC show.
Reba McEntire, 69; Snoop Dogg, 52; Gwen Stefani, 54, and Michael will be the coaches for Season 26 – which will air this fall.
