Angel Reese Shares Honest Reaction To Being Selected By Chicago In WNBA Draft
WNBA rookie Angel has only been in the league for a few weeks, but she’s already a superstar. On and off the court, she’s one of the biggest names in women’s basketball.
Her dominant game on the court with the ability to secure a double-double on any given night, and off the court with her many ventures, has her in the media spotlight daily.
When asked about her draft process, Reese was adamant that she wanted to play for the Chicago Sky. She spoke on the draft process in depth, revealing her emotions from draft day.
“I didn’t wanna go home; I wanted to come to Chicago,” said Reese, via NBC Sports Chicago.

Reese said she was extremely emotional after she was selected because it proved that all the hard days and long hours were worth the wait.
