Al Pacino, 84, separates from 30-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah after welcoming son last year

Al Pacino has confirmed that he has separated from his ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah after the pair welcomed a baby boy last year.

In June of last year, a representative for the 84-year-old actor revealed in a statement: “I am confirming that Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son” – before sharing that the baby boy was named Roman Pacino.

The couple had been romantically linked since April 2022. The pair were first photographed together at an art exhibition alongside Aquaman actor Jason Momoa.

The birth of baby Roman made Pacino a father for the fourth time, as he already shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D’Angelo, and daughter Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant.

However, just three months after the birth, celebrity news outlet The Blast reported that 30-year-old Noor had filed for physical custody of her newborn, detailing legal documents. The news came amid rumors that the couple had split.

The outlet reported that the documents stated that the Pacino could have “reasonable visitation” of Roman and requested that he accept joint legal custody – allowing him to participate in major decisions concerning their baby boy such as religion, medical treatment, and education.

Now, Pacino has publicly confirmed for the first time that he is no longer in a relationship with Noor.

Speaking to PEOPLE in a recent interview, Pacino was asked if he is currently in a relationship. To which, the Academy Award-winning star said: “No. I have friendship.”

A representative for the Serpico star added: “Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman.”

At the time of baby Roman’s birth, TMZ reported that the pregnancy came as a “shock” to The Godfather star, with sources saying that Pacino was not planning on having a fourth child.

In an interview with Vogue Arabia, Alfallah opened up on first meeting Pacino, with the film grad saying: “I thought, wow, that’s Al Pacino. I went to film school, so I wasn’t dumb about who he was.”

“He’s a very talented and unique person,” she added.

Speaking about the start of their relationship, Alfallah said: “We started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino.”

“I guess it just became something more,” the producer added.

Pacino’s list of famous old flames includes the likes of Diane Keaton, Beverly D’Angelo, and Kathleen Quinlan.

In recent headlines, Alfallah was recently photographed with 68-year-old Bill Maher. No further details have been provided at this time.

However, the actor has never married.
