Travis Kelce entered the Chiefs game Sunday against the Denver Broncos as the franchise leader in receptions (959) and receiving yards (11,763)

That’s two of the three biggest statistical categories for a pass catcher.

Kelce was second in touchdown catches (75), one behind Tony Gonzalez, who is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
However, Kelce moved into a first-place tie with Gonzalez in the second quarter of Sunday’s game at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. It came on a 2-yard pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes on a fourth-and-goal play.

This touchdown helped the Chiefs cut the deficit to 14-10. Here is video from the Chiefs. Check out the spike.
So that means Kelce now tops all three major statistical categories, although he is tied with Gonzalez, who played for the Chiefs from 1997-2008, in TD catches. Gonzalez appeared in 190 games with the Chiefs. Sunday was Kelce’s 168th game in Kansas City.
