In the coming days, prosecutors’ investigation could result in new indictments naming a series of individuals who assisted Diddy.
As lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs filed a third appeal to get their client released on bail, more people came forward to accuse the rap mogul of sexual harassment and assault, extending a series of shocking accusations.
Diddy is not giving up until his next hearing in December, Business Insider reports . However, he may face additional charges from prosecutors. Prosecutors are currently analyzing data from nearly 100 devices seized from Diddy’s mansion.
Risk of new indictments related to weapons, drugs
Prosecutor Emily Anne Johnson has not confirmed, but suggests Diddy’s next indictment will involve drugs and weapons, based on evidence seized by the Department of Homeland Security, which included three AR-15 rifles with erased serial numbers. Two of the three guns were disassembled and placed in a closet in Diddy’s $48.5 million mansion . Two magazines with a total of 29 high-caliber bullets were found in the same location.
According to Johnson, when Diddy was arrested at a Manhattan hotel in mid-September, agents found bags of pink powder in the rapper’s room that looked very similar to the evidence they had previously seized from the defendant. The powder tested positive for ecstasy and other drugs.
Recent lawsuits allege Diddy provided ecstasy, ketamine, GHB (a drug known as a “date rape drug”) and other party drugs to victims “to make them docile and submissive.”
In an Oct. 16 complaint, an anonymous person accused Diddy of lacing GHB into baby oil to massage victims, leaving them unconscious, and then sexually assaulting them. The case file also states that Diddy mixed GHB into alcoholic drinks such as champagne or cocktails served at white supremacist parties.

According to Business Insider , the scope of the case is expanding as the new or supplemental indictment is likely to name defendants involved in extortion by Diddy – who ran the scheme that prosecutors called “The Combs Enterprise”.
“The defendant arranged freak-offs with the assistance of members and associates at The Combs Enterprise. Over many years, the unnamed assistants accepted bribes, used violence or verbal threats to restrain potential victims and witnesses,” a prosecutor said.
Prosecutors said the associates bought and distributed drugs, made sure the men were well-stocked with lubricant and sheets, and then cleaned up after themselves. “They kept a lot of supplies in case something went wrong,” prosecutors added.
Shocking revelations about the ‘white party’
Endless champagne, countless celebrities, and naked women frolicking in a vast pool—it was a common sight at Diddy’s famous white parties from the 1990s to the 2000s, a veteran celebrity photographer told Business Insider .
Selma Fonseca, who admitted to attending at least five parties hosted by the hip-hop mogul, revealed that Diddy’s parties were always lavish with the best food and drinks, and that seeing sexually active women right in front of him was a normal thing.
“There was no social media back then, so people weren’t taking pictures and posting them on Instagram. In the summer, all the stars were having white parties with Diddy, and I guess they were naked in the pool. They were beautiful, but I’m not sure they were paid to entertain people,” she said.
At the Beverly Hills White House in 2009, Fonseca remembers hot girls in bikinis standing on swings suspended near the pool. She saw Ashton Kutcher wearing sunglasses playing nearby. According to the photographer, there was always a team of bodyguards at the door, and the large windows were closed after dark.

David Allen, another photographer who was present at the Hamptons white party in 1999, said he vividly remembers topless women surrounding Diddy, even as the rapper took a dip in the pool.
The White Parties were mostly held at his East Hampton, New York, or Beverly Hills mansions. At least three civil lawsuits have been filed against Diddy centered on his parties. In one case, former actress Adria English alleges she was forced to have sex with Diddy’s guests, while another accuses the rapper of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old in 1998. He is also accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a security guard at a party in 2006.
What has gone on behind closed doors at Diddy’s mansion for decades has intrigued many. Before prosecutors filed the new charges, many questioned whether “white parties” and “freak-offs” were the same thing. There is currently no evidence linking white party guests to Diddy’s case.
