It’s no secret Fox News’ most recognizable anchors earn some impressive paychecks and Sean Hannity is certainly no exception.

The 62-year-old conservative television presenter joined the Fox network in 1996 and has since earned himself the title of the longest-running current primetime host in cable news in television history.

Along with his impressive title comes an equally impressive net worth, to say the least—though there is a major disparity when it comes to exact numbers.

In 2020, Forbes estimated Sean’s net worth to be around $43 million, but more recently, in December 2024, Celebrity Net Worth guested that his net worth was actually an eye-watering $250 million.

It’s possible the former didn’t consider Sean’s real estate investments, which Celebrity Net Worth estimated at a jaw-dropping $90 million.

His portfolio is believed to include over 870 properties, among which are apartment complexes and palatial private homes.

Just this month, the multi-millionaire added to his already impressive portfolio by swapping The Empire State for Manalapan, an affluent town within Palm Beach County.

His home is just a few minutes drive from President-elect Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, which he has frequently raved about on his show.

According to Zillow, the beautiful home first came on the market for a few months in February for $29 million after undergoing some renovations. It was later relisted for $25.95 million in October before Sean, who was represented by Vincent Spadea of Douglas Elliman, snapped it up for $23.5 million.

The home stands on a barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, offering incredible views.
