Isabella, 20, appeared in new pictures with her sister Sophia, 19, shortly after her difficult surgery.
In the snaps, she was all smiles while wearing a bright pink wig with bangs.
She sported a skintight white tank top with the word “cherry” written in gold script and paired it with baggy gray sweatpants.
Isabella grinned brightly next to her sister and posed for a mirror selfie while making silly faces.

The model held up a peace sign to the camera and pointed at Sophia while laughing.
The post was captioned “Pink Friday.”

BRAVE GIRL
Isabella shared a video on her YouTube channel last week recounting her third craniotomy, which took place just a month after her second brain surgery.
The young star revealed she was admitted to the hospital due to a fever and “started hysterically crying” when she was told she needed an IV.
Michael Strahan’s daughter is battling a malignant brain tumor.
In the YouTube video, Isabella explained it was the first time she had an IV inserted while awake, which is what led her to an emotional breakdown.
The purpose was to “get some blood samples” so doctors could begin the third craniotomy.
The 20-year-old had also had a needle inserted into three different spots through the back of her head to drain fluid.
“It’s not as bad as the first time, but I’m really in pain. They do give me pain medicine[…], but they don’t work that well on me,” she explained while in tears.
“Not gonna lie, I’ve been crying a lot.”
Isabella told fans that she unfortunately had to miss out on a Nicki Minaj concert to undergo her procedure.
Luckily, the college student has had a solid support group, and on the day of the craniotomy, she filmed to show her mother, Jean, her dad, and Michael’s girlfriend all keeping her company in the hospital room.
“I was bawling my eyes out because it was so disappointing when you’re like, ‘Yes, I can finish by May,’ and then everything changes,” she later said, noting that due to her most recent surgery, her chemotherapy was delayed a month.
I hope to just kind of be a voice, and be [someone] who people, maybe [those who] are going through chemotherapy or radiation can look at.

SHOCKING DIAGNOSIS
Isabella first shared the heartbreaking news of her cancer diagnosis in January on Good Morning America alongside Michael, 52.
During the appearance, the college kid broke down in tears as she revealed she was battling medulloblastoma.
“I told myself I wasn’t going to cry!” she lamented, as her father handed her a tissue.
“It happens. You’re allowed to cry,” Michael replied, and GMA host Robin Roberts agreed, “Take your time.
Isabella revealed that she was diagnosed on October 23 and struggled to keep it quiet.
“I don’t wanna hide it anymore ’cause it’s hard to always keep in. I hope to just kind of be a voice, and be [someone] who people, maybe [those who] are going through chemotherapy or radiation can look at,” she said.
