KHLOE Kardashian has surprised fans who think her son Tatum looks exactly like the star before her beauty makeover.

A throwback pic of Khloe, 39, appeared on an Instagram fan page earlier this week, along with a snap of her 1-year-old son.

The photo was from The Kardashians star’s childhood before her reality TV career and major glow-up.

Khloe smiled in the close-up shot, sporting her naturally wavy brown hair and no makeup.

It appeared side-by-side with a photo of Tatum that Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian, 43, posted earlier this year on social media.

The youngster adorably smiled at the camera, showing off his chubby cheeks and short brown hair.

“Tatum is a total copy of Khloe,” the caption said of the mother-son duo’s striking resemblance.

Others agreed, pointing out that the photo was taken before Khloe’s rumored plastic surgery and drastic weight loss.

“He looks like the natural Khloe before the surgery,” one fan commented.

“Looking like his mom’s old face,” another wrote, while a third said: “It’s her copy paste lol!”

Khloe shares Tatum and her 5-year-old daughter, True, with her ex, Tristan Thompson, 31.

KHLO’S TRANSFORMATION

In June 2021, Khloe confirmed she underwent a nose job and got Botox, though many fans think she got more work done than she’s let on.

“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she told Andy Cohen during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion.

“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!

“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

In April, Khloe revealed she got her nose job weeks before True’s first birthday in 2019 and said she wished she’d done it sooner.

MOM’S INFLUENCE

She opened up more about the decision on an episode of The Kardashians, admitting that her mother, Kris Jenner, 68, pushed her into doing it.

“I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress. You couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities,” Khloe confessed.

“Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job,” she said to her siblings.

“I definitely heard her talk about your nose,” her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, 44, confirmed.

Khloe has been adamant that she hasn’t received any other cosmetic procedures.
