This top male artist has been sued by his former female assistant for sexual assault.
On October 13, Page Six reported that Lauren Pisciotta – who was hired as Kanye West’s assistant from July 2021 to October 2022 – filed a lawsuit, accusing the rapper of sexually assaulting her. According to Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West drugged and raped her at a recording session with rap mogul Diddy.
In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, Lauren Pisciotta said the horrific incident occurred in Santa Monica, USA. According to Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West ordered the drink to be poured and mixed with an unidentified drug to be given to her. Lauren Pisciotta said she was “disoriented” and “unable to control her body and speech” after consuming the drink. The next morning, she felt unwell and had no memory of what had happened before.

According to the woman, Kanye West confessed to her that they “had sex”, and the incident happened when the rapper was still married to Kim Kardashian.
In the filing, the former assistant also confirmed that she had received many vulgar and harassing messages from Kanye West. Fearing that her boss would blacklist her and retaliate, Lauren Pisciotta shared that she was extremely careful in her communication, not mentioning any wrongdoing by Kanye West, but was still fired shortly after.
The plaintiff also said that she was never paid the $3 million in severance pay that Kanye West had promised.
Notably, though, mogul Diddy was also named in Kanye West’s sexual assault lawsuit for co-hosting the recording session, but he was not accused of any wrongdoing.
According to Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West has confessed to drugging and raping her.
According to Page Six, this is the second time Lauren Pisciotta has filed a complaint against the infamous rapper. In June, the woman sued Kanye West for frequently sending obscene messages and photos and for not paying her wages. According to Lauren’s accusation, Kanye West hired her in July 2021 and promised to pay her $1 million (more than 24 billion VND) per year. However, the rapper never did.
As soon as they started working together, Kanye West sent her a series of provocative “invitations” messages, with sensitive language referring to 18+ matters. Not only that, Lauren Pisciotta also received pornographic videos and photos, including at least 2 videos of Kanye having sex with a model.
In June, the male rapper was also sued by Lauren Pisciotta for repeatedly sending obscene messages and sending 18+ clips of sexual harassment.
At the time, Kanye West’s attorney criticized Lauren Pisciotta’s accusations as “baseless.” The rapper claimed that Lauren Pisciotta was the one who blackmailed Kanye West after her advances were rejected. In addition, before her assistant contract was terminated, Pisciotta stole Kanye’s phone in an attempt to destroy incriminating evidence, but all of it was saved.
