Mecole Hardman reveals praise from Taylor Swift after scoring the winning touchdown in SB LVIII. bb

Travis Kelce’s girlfriend said that Hardman has “magical hands.”

Taylor Swift recognized Mecole Hardman's talent.

uch has been said about Mecole Hardman’s touchdown that gave the Kansas City Chiefs the victory in Super Bowl LVIII. However, an unexpected compliment from singer Taylor Swift adds a new dimension to an already historic achievement.

With the game tied 19-19 at the end of regulation and after the Chiefs defense limited the San Francisco 49ers to a field goal on the first offensive series of overtime, it was the turn of the offense led by Patrick Mahomes.

The series took them to the 49ers’ three-yard line, from where Mahomes threw a pass to the sideline, where Hardman, completely alone, scored the winning score.

While celebrating the victory at Allegiant StadiumHardman recalled a quick conversation with Swift, girlfriend of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who was celebrating with the rest of the team on the field.

Magic hands

In a talk on “The Pivot Podcast,” the Georgia Bulldogs product recalled that Swift approached him amid the celebrations and “She was like…’ Good job, proud of you, good game – man, it was crazy.'”

The wide receiver admitted that he does not exactly remember the songstress’ words, but among other things, she told him that he has “magic hands.” The praise not only has to do with Hardman’s skill as a receiver but with a card trick he had shown her previously.

The moment’s excitement added to the emotion he already feels every time he hangs out with Swift and Kelce. He said that reuniting with them is “so cool” and admitted that “When we leave, I’m like, ‘Damn, that’s Taylor Swift.'”

Mecole and Chariah

Life seems to be smiling on Hardman lately. Following his release from the New York Jets before the deadline in October, he not only became the hero of Super Bowl LVIII but is expecting his second child with his girlfriend, Chiarah Gordon.

Chiarah has been a pillar in Mecole’s life and was among the first to congratulate him after the feat in Las Vegas“Watching you get EVERYTHING you deserve! 3x SB Champ !!!!!!!! Congratulations, baby!” Gordon captioned a carousel of photos on her Instagram account at the end of the game.

And she seemed to take a dig at the Jets, who never really gave the receiver a chance. “We never gave up & stayed faithful to God!!! NOW LOOK them tables always turn!!!”
