In the first Monday Night Football game of the year, the New York Jets are taking on the San Francisco 49ers.
After a strong start in the first quarter in which Rodgers handed the ball off to Breece Hall for a touchdown that gave them the lead, the New York Jets have been unable to stop the San Francisco 49ers offense.
The team was trailing midway through the third quarter, and things only started to get worse.
In the Jets’ first drive of the second half, quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw a tipped interception to Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles.
It led to a shocked reaction from Rodgers, and a new meme was born as a result.

On the other side, the San Francisco 49ers started their second half with an impressive 11-play, 70-yard drive that was capped off by a five-yard touchdown from running back Jordan Mason, per ESPN box score.
They are doing just fine without the services of standout running back Christian McCaffrey.

With less than two minutes left in the third quarter, Aaron Rodgers tossed his first touchdown.
Rodgers finally threw his first career touchdown for the New York Jets, and it couldn’t have come at a better time for the team trailing the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.
He fired a strike to veteran receiver Allen Lazard, his old teammate with the Green Bay Packers.
