She’ll cherish them forever and for all eternity.

Taylor Swift expressed her gratitude to her record-breaking number of fans in Australia on Sunday, following three sold-out Eras Tour shows attended by an astounding 288,000 people.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd at Melbourne Cricket Ground in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Swift, 34, exclaimed, “Ninety-six thousand people the first night, 96,000 people the second night, 96,000 people tonight. All of that, those are all the biggest shows I’ve ever played on a tour, and you did it three times. The math is that it’s 288,000 people in three nights. Melbourne, you are the love of my life. I cannot believe you, what have you done.”

Taylor Swift thanked her record number of fans in Australia on Sunday after she played three "Eras" Tour shows to a whopping 288,000 people.

“96,000 people the first night, 96,000 people the second night, 96,000 people tonight. All of that, those are all the biggest shows I’ve ever played on a tour and you did it three times," Swift, 34, told the screaming crowd at Melbourne Cricket Ground in a clip posted to X.

“It’s just incredibly nice to do for someone. Make them feel welcome like that,” Swift continued.

Reflecting on her tour, she added, “Another thing that makes me feel very lucky, honestly, [is] standing here knowing I have the most incredible opening act on this tour,” referring to her close friend Sabrina Carpenter, who has joined her on stage multiple times.

This statement follows a recent fan-posted clip where Swift expressed being “starstruck” by the achievement during Friday night’s performance, calling it “the biggest show that we have done on this tour or any tour I have ever done.”

Swift also took to Instagram to thank her fans Down Under, writing, “Melbourne, what do I even say to you after over 288,000 of you came and danced with us in the last 3 nights ??! That was unforgettable. You were on another LEVEL. Thank you for the memories. I’ll revisit the ones from this weekend often.”

“The math is that it’s 288,000 people in three nights,” she continued. “Melbourne, you are the love of my life. I cannot believe you, what have you done."

Swift thanked her fans Down Under again in a heartfelt Instagram post.

However, Swift’s time in the country was marred by tragedy after a 16-year-old fan en route to see her was killed in a devastating crash. Mieka Pokarier, along with her mother and sibling, was listening to Swift’s music during their journey when their car collided with a semitruck in Dubbo. Pokarier tragically passed away, while her sister Freya sustained severe injuries and her mother suffered minor injuries.

"Melbourne, what do I even say to you after over 288,000 of you came and danced with us in the last 3 nights ??! That was unforgettable," the "You Belong With Me" singer wrote. "You were on another LEVEL. Thank you for the memories. I’ll revisit the ones from this weekend often."

The circumstances surrounding whether Swift was informed of the tragic incident remain unclear.
