Selema Masekela had high praises for Travis Kelce.

The Kansas City Chiefs star left an impression on the X Games host, which Masekela expressed on an Instagram post from April 17.

Masekela met Kelce for a one-on-one interview and described him as ‘the absolute realest dude’ with a snap of them chatting in a kitchen. In the same post, the commentator shared a picture with Olympic surfer Carissa Moore at her book release in New York City from the previous day.

‘Yesterday vs Today. Having a GOAT’s only kinda week,’ Masekela wrote.

‘Brooklyn @pilgrimsurfsupply with the incredible @rissmoore10’s for her book release celebrating Hawaiian culture,’ he continued. ‘Then got a call to last minute do a one on one in LA with @killatrav who ended up being the absolute realest dude ever. Enjoy the muhfuggin journey!!!!!’

Additionally, Masekela raved about Kelce being a fan of the X Games, writing: ‘I know the @killatrav pick is gonna break your brain @ryanrunke. And yes, he’s a massive @xgames fan.’

Masekela’s one-on-one interview with Kelce in the City of Angels appeared to have been recorded days before the tight end’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, made waves with her new album The Tortured Poets Department.

In the album, Swift seemingly references their high-profile relationship with lines such as ‘Dating the boy on the football team.’ Fans also speculated that Swift refers to Kelce with the line: ‘In the blink of a crinkling eye,’ in her track ‘So High School’.

The 14-time Grammy winner also addressed Kelce’s infamous 2016 interview in the song ‘Kiss, Marry, Kill.’ The segment with AfterBuzz TV resurfaced when the pair started dating last year. During the interview, Kelce had to choose between Swift, Katy Perry, and Ariana Grande – opting to ‘marry’ Perry and ‘kiss’ Swift.

On the release day, Kelce also made a cameo with Swift to promote her single ‘Fortnight’. In the YouTube short, Kelce kisses Swift on the cheek in a home video while the singer prepares a meal.
